Objectives:
- To visit 10,000 convenience retailers throughout the UK over a 10 day period
- Team of 150 staff all equipped with iPads
- Educate retailers on Lotto changes – iPad based video presentation
- Ensure all POS material was correctly merchandised
- Enrol retailers to participate in a web based promotion to build data to aid retailer understanding
Results:
- 99% coverage of target stores
- Promotional entries at an average of 1.1/store exceeded target by 30%
- 96% POS compliance on exit
