FRANKIE & BENNY’S POS AUDIT

About This Project

Objectives:

• Following a successful trial pre Christmas 2015 Elevate were successful in securing the roll out audit of the remaining main estate
• The audit was to ensure the details F&B have on file regarding external & internal POS is accurate

Method:

• Experienced auditors were recruited to review & measure restaurant posters, external menus plus banners
• Additionally the team were checking material featured on the windows & the restaurant interior
• Clear photographic images were crucial as well as accurate measurements of all POS

Results:

• All 260 sites were completed in line with the deadlines and within budget
• All imagery and Excel results were uploaded to a Drop box link to be viewed by our happy client
