About This Project

Objectives:

  • Elevate were selected as the new Measurement Partner
  • To visit 180 independent retailers within a 2 week time frame, to conduct a mystery shop and audit
  • Aim of the programme is to improve overall standards of retailing within the UK’s independent & symbol convenience sector and recognize top retailers, sharing their best practices and successes
  • All nominations/entries into the IAA (Independent Achievers Academy) have already been reviewed by a judging panel and shortlisted to receive a Covert and Overt visit
  • Elevate HO team took an active role in planning, resourcing and conducting the visits to 180 finalists which were then analyzed, forming the basis for the judging

 

Results:

  • 180 stores successfully mystery shopped and audited within the 2 week period
  • Clear, precise and high quality photos were taken which were used for the judging along with the scores which our auditors judged
  • The results were analysed and ranked by Elevate then successfully used on a judging day which included key players within the sector. Elevate provide two judges.
  • Top finalists were picked and presented to at the IAA gala dinner and ultimately from the results, the top retailer was crowned
