Objectives:

  • To visit 10,000 convenience retailers throughout the UK over a 10 day period
  • Team of 150 staff all equipped with iPads
  • Educate retailers on Lotto changes – iPad based video presentation
  • Ensure all POS material was correctly merchandised
  • Enrol retailers to participate in a web based promotion to build data to aid retailer understanding

 

Results:

  • 99% coverage of target stores
  • Promotional entries at an average of 1.1/store exceeded target by 30%
  • 96% POS compliance on exit
